Post wire pot boiled novel
* 1 green pepper
* 3 medium onions
* 1 leek
* 1 potato
* 8 tablespoons oil

O reteta delicioasa german cu cartofi, ceapa, mere, pere şi bacon Am jucat un pic rapid şi pierde cu tradiţie aici. Se fierb cartofii in apa sarata pana cand se inmoaie. Scurgeti şi must grosolan (ar trebui să fie într-adevăr bucatate si rustic), cu o treime din unt. Sezonul cald şi să păstreze. Pune o altă treime din unt şi toate uleiul intr-o pan-prăjire şi se adaugă ceapa şi slănină. Cook brusc până când ceapa este moale. Taie merele si perele lungime în felii aproximativ 1cm (în ⅓) grosime. Adauga ceapa si bacon si se amesteca impreuna. Adăugaţi ultimul bit de unt şi se fierbe la foc mediu pana cand totul este moale şi de aur. Sezonul de bine. Se amestecă în zahăr (utilizarea mai puţin, dacă doriţi, sau deloc), şi găti un pic mai mult până când totul începe să caramelise un pic. Împărţiţi cartofi între şase şi plăci de top, cu fructe, bacon şi amestecul de ceapa. Îmi place un pic de patrunjel tocat sau salvie pe ea, de asemenea.
